Ingredients
Onion - 2 medium
Ginger - 1 large piece
Garlic pods - 7 - 10 nos
Black pepper(whole) - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as reqd

Preparation Method of Beef Roast
1)Clean beef(boneless) and cut into small cubes and keep aside.2)Make a paste of half of ginger, garlic, black pepper and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
3)Mix beef with this paste along with some salt.
4)Cook it well in a pressure cooker(apprx. 20 miutes).
5)When its done, keep aside.
6)Heat some oil in a non stick pan.
:- Oil should not be very hot.
7) Add the the remaining ginger and garlic and saute for 1 min , then add onions cook it till it become golden brown .
7)Add coriander powder, chilly powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and garam masala and meat masala .
8)Saute it for a minute on a very low flame.
9 ) Add this masala to the beef in the cooker and add vinegar/ limejuice and pressure cook it till 1 more whistle come .
10) Serve hot with rice/chappathi
