Ingredients
Okra (ladies finger) 1/4
Onion - 1 big
Chilly Flakes - 2 Tsp
Turmeric pdr - 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 Tsp
Curry leaves - 2-3 spigs
Salt - To taste
Oil - As required
1. Clean and cut the okra (vendakka) into thin pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions add curry leaves.
3. When the onions turns goldren brown add chilli flakes and saute for 2 mints .
